There is a -30 on all Offensive Rolls when attempting to strike with your off-hand (armed or not).
Examples:
LEFT-HANDERS - : -30 to offensive rolls with the RIGHT HAND.
RIGHT-HANDERS: -30 to offensive rolls with the LEFT HAND.
